Know the limits
FAQ
Answers about Float launches, eligibility and partial rebates.
Common questions#
Will I get all my money back?
No. Rebates are partial and limited by verified loss, eligibility and available funds. You can still lose everything invested.
Where does the buffer come from?
The token’s actual creator fees, after network costs. Float takes no platform cut from this net share under the current policy.
Do I have to trade on Float?
The token uses standard Pump.fun trading. Compatible terminals can trade it. Rebate eligibility requires supported, complete finalized trade history.
Why does my position say history incomplete?
The index cannot establish complete acquisition history or a verified price. Unknown history is not treated as a zero loss or assigned a fictional cost basis.
When will a pending rebate arrive?
There is no guaranteed schedule. Pending is allocated but unpaid; paid requires finalized payment evidence. Eligibility is checked when the rebate is allocated.
Can the reserve run out?
Yes. Fees can be low while holder losses are large. An empty or insufficient reserve cannot provide a full recovery.
